Just like you, we own and rent out our vacation homes to holidaymakers and tourists. With 25 years of experience in the vacation rental industry and after testing numerous platforms, we concluded that only a platform with an annual subscription model offers the best value for all parties.

Currently, almost all rental platforms operate exclusively on a commission model and lure homeowners with free listings, accounts, and unclear commission percentages or other fees.
